Our Community Standards and Etiquette Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in this wonderful community. We’re happy to have you join us. To ensure that all continue to feel welcome, we ask that you please review our guidelines and the policy below.
The PUMA Toronto Women Run Series is committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive running community for all. We celebrate and welcome a wide diversity of participants, volunteers, event staff, and partners at our events and in the dialogue generated on our community pages.
Our ultimate goal for setting standards and guidelines for how we interact is two-fold: first, to promote and maintain a safe space so that all people who participate in our community will be treated with dignity in a supportive, comfortable, kind atmosphere; and second, to continue to build and foster an inspiring and informative place to learn and communicate about staying active through running.
It is the policy of the PUMA Toronto Women Run Series to adhere to these parameters and we ask that as a participant in this community that you also respect and adhere to them. This will ensure that this space and our events remain free of discrimination, harassment and hate and that we continue to focus on what we do best which is promoting participation in the running community and raising funds for our charitable partner, the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO).
Any actions or comments in violation of this policy or the community standards by which we operate will lead to the review of your continued participation and may result in removal from our community or our events.
We thank you in advance for your kindness, support and tolerance and for your ongoing interest in respectfully sharing information with us and with the community.
