Virtual Run Information
This year, due to COVID-19 and this unprecedented time, we have had found new ways for us to come together. The Toronto Women’s Virtual 10k/5k enables us to be united even when we can’t all be at the start line together.
Our virtual run gives you the flexibility to complete your run, your way, on your schedule. You can run on a road, a trail, path, a treadmill or wherever you want.
You will receive your souvenir run shirt, finisher medal and run bib mailed directly to you beginning in early August!
You will be able to upload and share your run pictures as well as your virtual run results as you wish.
The Toronto Women’s Virtual 10k/5k run can be completed anywhere, by anyone and at any time between August 15 to September 7, 2020.

Show and tell us how your virtual run went! Share your run and your pictures on Facebook and Instagram. Make sure to use the hashtag #womensetthepace and tag us on Instagram using @towomens_runs !
REPORT YOUR RUN RESULTS
Stay tuned for more details on how to upload your virtual 10k/5k run results. You will also be able to download, share and print a custom finisher’s certificate after entering your virtual run results.

Participants choosing to participate in the Toronto Women’s Virtual 10k/5k do so at their own risk. You are solely responsible for participating in this event in a manner that is in accordance with the most recent and up to date health and safety recommendations of the government and health officials in your area. We encourage all participants to remember that we all have a role to play in stopping the spread of COVID-19, and that anyone choosing to go outside and into their community must take responsibility for doing so in a manner that is safe and responsible.
