Women Set The Pace®
We are very excited to announce that with careful consideration to safety and community health, along with the easing of gathering restrictions, we are hosting an in-person 5k race on Sat. October 23 at Sunnybrook Park, in addition to our virtual 8k/5k race on October 23 until November 6, 2021.
The in-person race is capped at 300 participants as everyone’s safety is our paramount priority. Only individuals who are double vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada will be able to participate in our 5k race at Sunnybrook Park.
Our tremendously popular virtual race enables anyone to run, jog or walk—anywhere, anytime, all at your own pace. On a road, path, trail, on a treadmill. Outdoor or indoor, it’s your choice.
In-person or virtually, you can raise money for POGO and help kids and their families living with childhood cancer. At times like these, it is more important than ever, that we come together to support and give back to our community members.
If you have entered the virtual race prior to Sept. 10, you will receive an email with details about how to manage your registration.
Pick your race and enter today to secure your spot at the start line(s). We can’t wait to see everyone set the pace and help us help those living with childhood cancer by supporting our charitable partner, POGO, the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario.
The Toronto Women’s Run Series is proud to continue our support the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). We’ve raised over $460,000 since our partnership began in 2009. Now, more than ever your participation is helping to make a difference to individuals and their families living with childhood cancer. Help us reach our 2021 goal of raising $40,000 for POGO.
